We are seeking a highly organized Business Developer to accelerate our growth together with our Co-Founders Sebastian and Simon, and the wider senior team. The role is designed to evolve into a director position as you demonstrate impact.

As Business Developer, you drive and execute our growth strategy in Denmark and internationally. You strengthen our market position, expand our partnerships, and support our work across both architecture and space.

Location

Our studio is located in Copenhagen, Denmark. This position is not open to remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for growth in Denmark and across Europe
• Identify new market opportunities and build strong partnerships
• Lead business development with focus on architectural services
• Drive ESA and space industry tender work along with architectural competitions
• Prepare and submit grants
• Support and expand SAGA's international position within the space sector in close collaboration with Sebastian and Simon
• Build and lead teams over time with focus on growth and execution

What we expect:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or leadership within architecture, space industry, construction, or related fields
• Strategic mindset combined with strong operational execution
• Ability to work internationally and navigate cultural differences
• Concrete startup experience, ideally within space or architecture
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Danish proficiency is a plus, not a requirement
• Experience with B2G sales or tender processes is a strong plus
